 How to install WordPress on xamp?

First you have to activate the modules of Xampp Apache and  MySQL then

To do this procedure follow the following steps

1. Go on My COMPUTER.
2. Then open local disk C.
3. Open Xampp .
4. Go on control pannel of Xampp.
5. Activate modules name as Apache and MySQL.

Now you have to download WordPress on your PC or Laptop through google or chrome. Then go google and type WORDPRESS DOWNLOAD .Click on the first option.

Here click on the option.

Now the WordPress will start to download. This downloaded WordPress file you have to paste in following the steps.

1. Go to local disk C.
2. Open XAMPP.
3. Click on htdocs and pate the WordPress file here.
4. You can also download the WordPress directly in htdocs by giving proper path.

Installing WordPress:

 One left click on WordPress file in htdocs and then right click you will see the multiple options. Click on Extract Files here.

When the loading will complete there will become a new folder with the name WordPress. Now change the name of this folder ,this name is of your database name showing in the URL.

 Go on localhost/phpmyadmin. Write your database name.

Now your website with database name is done. Check it by following the following url localhost/databasename/wp-admin.

This is my checking with my WordPress name. Now you have to go at the backend of your website to handle it. You can go at the backend of your website through this link

localhost/databasename /wp-admin/.

click on lets go.

Put your database name. Now give your username and password. The default username of database is (root) with no password. Now you can handle your website.
